Karen's Balsamic Strawberry Salsa is just one example of our favorite nutritious party fare.
6 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
1 pint fresh strawberries, chopped
8 green onions, chopped
2 pints cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Whisk together the oil, vinegar and salt in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients, toss to coat. Chill at least one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
