BARRE FITNESS
A full body workout incorporating ballet, Pilates and yoga
Barre Fitness strengthens and tones the body to look like a dancer's: long, lean and strong. Although Barre Fitness draws upon dance moves, you don"t need dance experience. Each move stretches and then strengthens the targeted areas, resulting in long and lean muscles (without adding bulk).
